Annual Orchestra Hall Concert Ticket Information
Its almost time for our biggest musical event of the year! With the culmination of a year's worth of hard work and hours practicing, our young musicians will be showcasing their efforts at one of Chicago's most treasured cultural landmarks, Orchestra Hall at Symphony Center. This year the concert will be held on Sunday, May 20, 2007.
The ticket sales raised for our annual Orchestra Hall Concert make this event possible. Any contribution or effort to help with ticket sales will be most welcomed and greatly appreciated. Reserved seating is once again available. Due to Orchestra Hall fire code regulations, all persons attending the concert (children of any age and adults) must have their own seat.
Please download the ticket order form below. Please bring this completed form with you when you purchase your tickets. PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY CHECK, payable to "Magical Strings of Youth". to be fair to all the patrons, tickets will be sold as a first come, first serve basis with no holds.
All reserved tickets for the Main Floor and Lower Balcony are $25.00.
Boxes are as follows : 3 seat box $105.00
4 seat box $140.00
5 seat box $175.00
6 seat box $210.00
8 seat box $208.00
Ticket sales are to be held on the following dates :
Saturday, April 21st in the lobby outside of Rep Class, beginning at 1:30 pm
Saturday, May 5th in the lobby outside of Rep Class, beginning at 2:00 pm
Rehearsal week, Mon, Tue and Wed, May 14, 15, 16th during rehearsal time.
Refund Policy : We sincerely appreciate your interest in this event. However, the tickets are not refundable or exchangeable.
Note : This year we are requesting that tickets be purchased in person.
